Shipping & Handling

• Once we have received your order it will be packed and shipped as soon as they are ready, please see our Terms and Conditions; Timescales for guidance. Objet d’art items (Vases, Scent Bottles etc.) will be sent out as soon as possible.
• We are happy to ship anywhere in the world but for overseas orders please contact us to discuss costs and timescales.
• In the UK we use a courier which operates a next day service. This is a fully trackable service and requires a signature.
• Costs for UK shipping is a flat rate of £6.50, this does not include Highlands and Islands and is to a UK address only. Deliveries will be between normal working hours and week days, we can deliver to work addresses, we can offer additional premium services such as before 10am or Saturdays, please contact us for rates and further information.
• Should items need to be returned please contact us first to discuss options and preferred carriers.
